Changing your membership level

SDCO uses "Membership Levels" to give people a way to broadly indicate their interest in SDCO. There are three membership levels to reflect different "levels" of interest: Exploring, Learning and Growth and Professional Development. Records in our database use "Exploring" as the default membership level. You can change your membership level at any time.

Some SDCO events are offered specifically for people interested in professional development. In order to register for these events, you must be registered on our web site at the Professional Development level.

If you want to change your membership level to more closely reflect your interests, you can make that change in your Personal Profile. The View Profile link is located on the Welcome (home) page just below your name in the upper right corner of the home page when you're logged into the website. Clicking the link takes you to your Personal Profile page. In the Profile screen, notice the Membership Details area and the Change Membership Level button. Click the change button, choose the level that best reflects your intentions, click Next, add, subtract or change any of the information on the next two screens, then click the Confirm button. If you've changed your level of interest to "Professional Development," you'll be able to register for SDCO's continuing education and professional development events.

To read more about the Personal Profile and privacy considerations, click on the How to use a personal profile for networking link in the FAQ section of the navigation side bar on the left.

This button only takes you to the Spirituality Calendar. When you see a glassy green “R” button with an event, click it to register for that event.
