Names in bold type open a new email message to that person.

Resources in bold type are downloadable files. Files are usually in .rtf (“rich text” format that you can open in your word processing program) or .pdf (Adobe PDF format that you can open using the free Adobe Reader program. Go to Adobe.com to download the latest free version of Adobe Reader software.
