Theme: Communicating who we are as spiritual directors and guides requires a contemplative heart and clear mind. Can you easily speak about your sacred ministry of companioning others? Are you comfortable letting yourself and your ministry be known in the world? Where are you being invited to stretch and grow in the unique, specific way you are invited to serve others through spiritual direction? Learn concrete ways to share the value of spiritual direction and your ministry to friends and seekers.

Presenter: Pegge Bernecker is a spiritual director, retreat leader, author, trainer and supervisor of spiritual directors, and an editor and program developer for Spiritual Directors International. She authored Your Spiritual Garden: Tending to the Presence of God, and God … Any Time, Any Place: The Many Ways College Students Pray. Place: St. John’s Cathedral, 1350 Washington Street (at 14th and Clarkson). Parking is available: off Washington St southbound between 14th and 13th Avenues; off Clarkson St northbound between Colfax and 14th Avenues; and on nearby streets.

Refreshments: Light snacks will be provided.
