    Saturday morning, 9 a.m.–noon
    (Doors open at 8 a.m.;     Noon, hot buffet lunch)
    Saturday afternoon, 1–3:30 p.m.
Location. The Arvada Center for the Arts, 6901 N Wadsworth Blvd.

Lodging. Springhill Suites by Marriott, 15 minutes north of the Arvada Center on Wadsworth.
               (Call 303-464-1999 for the $84 conference room rate before December 14, 2011.)

Cost. Registration: $95–$110 as you are able
  • Youth ministers, students: $55–$70 as you are able
  • Registration fee includes a hot buffet lunch Saturday
  • After December 14, 2011, add $10 to either fee
  • If you are able, paying more than the minimum fee makes partial scholarships possible.
