Through instruction, prayer and times of silence, we will explore two contemplative practices for opening to the gift of Christ's love in contemplative prayer. Led by David Frenette, a Contemplative Practitioner and Spiritual Director, who has taught Centering Prayer under the guidance of Fr. Thomas Keating since 1984.
